I certify that the information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I confirm that I meet all eligibility requirements. I understand that to qualify for this scholarship: (1) I must be a member of the Class of 2025 graduating from Cordova High School or Kinney High School. (2) Scholarship funds will only be disbursed upon providing proof of admission and enrollment to an institution of higher learning, trade school, or other post-high school educational program. (3) I must meet the application deadline of March 15, 2025, and (4) Selected finalists may be required to attend the Kiwanis Club of Rancho Cordova meeting on March 20, 2025, from 6:30–7:30 PM to present their essay submissions or make an additional statement. I further understand that the Kiwanis Club of Rancho Cordova is awarding multiple scholarships, with amounts determined based on the number of recipients and available funding. I agree to provide additional information or references if requested and confirm that all information provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that all final decisions regarding scholarship awards are at the sole discretion of the Kiwanis Club of Rancho Cordova.
